The knobs I ordered arrived on time and fit as well as the original knobs with an added reflective feature to help keep my Dad seen walking thru parking lots at night. Nice upgrade!
My mother-in-law lost one of the knobs to her rollator. There were two available, one is round while the other is triangular. The triangular matched the one from her rollator and fit perfectly. The part arrived quickly and she was back on her feet in no time.
I ordered the part in the picture, but it has been discontinued and replaced with a knob with a bolt attached that does not work with the walker. An improvement that makes the product useless.
Your website made it perfectly clear which knob I needed to purchase; the business was handled quickly and efficiently. I was very grateful. I love my Stander walker. It fits so easily behind the driver's seat and is light enough for me to manage it. I have recommended it to several others!
