This piece of equipment is well-made, etc. so I have no issue with the product itself. However, my mother is paralyzed on the left side due to a stroke and really struggles with transfers so the handle gets in her way when trying to get out of the chair. It has been super helpful for her to reposition herself in the chair. I think users without the high level of disability my mother has would love this product.
I purchased the Universal Chair Cane 3 days following an implant of a Pacemaker. As my left arm was very restricted for 5 weeks and my favorite chair is a swivel rocker recliner getting in and especially out was difficult. After searching the web, I found the Chair cane and it fit my needs perfectly. I can use my right hand and arm to pull myself up from my chair. It’s an excellent product and I would recommend it to anyone needing an assist getting up from a chair.
Very sturdy. Made really well. Perfect. Makes easy to stand from the couch.
Bought one for my dad. He absolutely loved it. I now know he has the help he needs getting in and out of chair safely
saw someone with one and loved it. very stirdy and ease to use
