One night in already worth it I’ve only used the McKesson dorsal night splint for one night, but so far I’m impressed. For what it is, it’s not overly bulky or uncomfortable. That said, if you’re used to sleeping barefoot like I am, it does feel a little like sleeping in a lightweight boot, so I’m sure it’ll take a few nights to get used to. But the important part: my plantar fasciitis pain with those first steps in the morning is normally a 10/10. After wearing this for one night, the pain barely registered. I still stretched my calf and arch and massaged my foot before getting out of bed out of habit, but honestly, I’m not sure I even needed to. I had virtually none of that awful “first steps” pain that has become normal for me. One night in, it’s completely worthwhile just for the price. I’ll update the review after I’ve used it for a few more days, but so far, definitely recommended.
My splint from the foot doctor had been wearing out and falling off at night from constant use. I searched to find a similar one and this is splint is it. Fits and looks exactly the same, actually it's more comfortable! Super fast shipping and highly recommended
This helps, but the straps/setup is not enough to keep my foot at a 90° angle; it ends up pointed in the night. Thisoght be helpful for someone with smaller feet or less severe plantar fasciitis, but I'm not sure.
